After 9 played minutes Anti Yuta United got a freekick which was hit by Jonatán Amezqueta. When Cucu Gol came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the FC Barcelona B fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cucu Gol couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Odol Huaiquiman managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Barcelona B's supporters rose to their feet, but Odol Huaiquiman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Manuel Guesalaga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 16 minutes into the match, Anti Yuta United's goal looked a bit too open when Cucu Gol came free, but Carlos Manuel Guesalaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Odol Huaiquiman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Manuel Guesalaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cucu Gol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Epifanío Vos de Vos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuel Huici went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Carlos Manuel Guesalaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heliodoro Astete, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Cucu Gol struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Carlos Manuel Guesalaga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Barcelona B. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cucu Gol in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Manuel Guesalaga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Cucu Gol came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the FC Barcelona B fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cucu Gol couldn't finish the play. Carlos Manuel Guesalaga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cucu Gol's shot from short distance in the 45th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Francisco Disselkoen was the one to do the kick off. Cucu Gol in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
