In the 3rd minute, Igon Soler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurilio Mateluna was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Morichal FC's Maurilio Mateluna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isadoro Daire in the 7th minute of play. Jochen Sommerhalder scored 0-2 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maurilio Mateluna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Maurilio Mateluna came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Reina Maria's Jochen Sommerhalder. But to his dismay, Jochen Sommerhalder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 26 minutes into the match, Reina Maria's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Basaure came free, but Ruperto Srain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurilio Mateluna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Cossio, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Maurilio Mateluna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jochen Sommerhalder in the 31st minute of play. Maurilio Mateluna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igon Soler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Morichal FC's Maurilio Mateluna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igon Soler in the 38th minute of play. Jochen Sommerhalder took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maurilio Mateluna. Maurilio Mateluna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Reina Maria's Ruperto Srain proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Reina Maria from getting a goal against them. In the 47th minute, Rollo Pan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Reina Maria were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

53 minutes into the game, Jesus Cossio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Maurilio Mateluna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 55th minute, Reina Maria's Jochen Sommerhalder dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. After 58 played minutes Reina Maria got a freekick which was hit by Jose Manuel Seisdedos. In the 60th minute Cresenciano Martínez Lamas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Srain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Morichal FC's Maurilio Mateluna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Morichal FC from getting a goal against them. Maurilio Mateluna was a little too slow when Jesus Cossio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 0-9. In the 72nd minute, Jesus Cossio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maurilio Mateluna. The goal made the score 0-10. 76 minutes into the match, Morichal FC's goalkeeper Maurilio Mateluna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jochen Sommerhalder. Maurilio Mateluna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Cossio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jochen Sommerhalder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Maurilio Mateluna made a huge save. Jochen Sommerhalder had several of the Morichal FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 84 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-11 score and a disappointed Maurilio Mateluna as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 87th play minute Igon Soler came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Maurilio Mateluna. 0-12. Reina Maria's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
