Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Ángel Riesco in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diego Armando Otero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to TurboUC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Diego Armando Otero came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by TurboUC's Salomón Avendaño. But to his dismay, Salomón Avendaño quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Ángel Riesco in the 27th minute of play forced S.S.Lazio's goalkeeper Diego Armando Otero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Ángel Riesco might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Diego Armando Otero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miguel Ángel Riesco ran back to his position shaking his head. Diego Armando Otero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Ángel Riesco, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. If Miguel Ángel Riesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Ángel Riesco in the 31st minute of play forced S.S.Lazio's goalkeeper Diego Armando Otero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 minutes of play, TurboUC's Salomón Avendaño made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diego Armando Otero was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute, Miguel Ángel Riesco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TurboUC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. Disappointed in the 0-10 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

TurboUC made a substitution. Podador Escudero replaced Dušan Tadić. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Salomón Avendaño to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Miguel Ángel Riesco rounded S.S.Lazio's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-11. Diego Armando Otero was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Miguel Ángel Riesco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Miguel Ángel Riesco really showed his touch with that goal: 0-12. Miguel Ángel Riesco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Diego Armando Otero when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 60th minute, Miguel Ángel Riesco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Diego Armando Otero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-13. Miguel Ángel Riesco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. S.S.Lazio's Diego Armando Otero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save S.S.Lazio from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Darricades during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
