With a little luck, Saint Sophia's Nedas Gol got control of the ball when Abel Lavandero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abel Lavandero was slow to take the kick. During this time Floydianos's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Abel Lavandero almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Saint Sophia's Nedas Gol did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Lavandero got free with Nedas Gol in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Floydianos's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
