Laureano Domínguez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 26th minute Savier Milroy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Domínguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bairon Berger in the 28th minute of play forced EL RUBIO FC's goalkeeper Laureano Domínguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gaston Cabrito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Laureano Domínguez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Allan Johansson's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. In the 34th match minute, EL RUBIO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amancio Gana to maneuver through the defense. Bairon Berger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Allan Johansson sped through EL RUBIO FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Laureano Domínguez. A collision led to EL RUBIO FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Julián Camacho hit a great ball. EL RUBIO FC's Laureano Domínguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Johansson in the 41st minute of play. Dalmacio Blai took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laureano Domínguez. Laureano Domínguez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Allan Johansson to strike the kick off in the second half. Florencio Parot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Mele having to interfere. In the 56th minute, EL RUBIO FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Allan Johansson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Allan Johansson got free with Laureano Domínguez in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ivo Cerezo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised Laureano Domínguez 57 minutes into the match. The supporters of CF Eleven Lions 2007 booed when EL RUBIO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Videla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remi Parodi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 61st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Allan Johansson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Laureano Domínguez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 79 minutes into the game, Ivo Cerezo lined in a short shot 0-13 behind a frustrated Laureano Domínguez. Juan Pedro Knauer hit a great ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Remi Parodi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CF Eleven Lions 2007's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remi Parodi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Allan Johansson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Laureano Domínguez. That made the score 0-15 in the 98 minute of play. CF Eleven Lions 2007's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
