Lorenzo Celedón sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Copaquire's Nicasio Artaza got a free kick in the 4th minute. 5 minutes into the game, Eleazar Illescas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jonatan Parrau was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Copaquire's Jonatan Parrau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Copaquire from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Copaquire's zone, Eleazar Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Parrau came out of the goal and Eleazar Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eleazar Canío during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eleazar Canío hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Jacob Darrigrande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Parrau having to interfere. Jonatan Parrau was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eleazar Illescas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 21 minute of play. Copaquire's Jonatan Parrau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Copaquire from getting a goal against them. Mario Lemos kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleazar Illescas in the 28th minute of play forced Copaquire's goalkeeper Jonatan Parrau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Copaquire's Nicasio Artaza got a free kick in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Copaquire's goalkeeper Jonatan Parrau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eleazar Illescas. Lorenzo Celedón hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Jonatan Parrau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacob Darrigrande in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Toni Marshall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oliverio Moñiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Jonatan Parrau made a huge save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of Copaquire:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Deportivo San Pedro:s goal. Jonatan Parrau went to the wrong direction when Eleazar Illescas was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 40th match minute, Copaquire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleazar Canío to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Jacob Darrigrande ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonatan Parrau was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 47 played minutes Copaquire got a freekick which was hit by Toni Marshall. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacob Darrigrande was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Lorenzo Celedón managed to get in a good position for a shot. Copaquire's supporters rose to their feet, but Lorenzo Celedón was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Buchi Yu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 56 played minutes Copaquire got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Celedón. 58 minutes into the game, Deportivo San Pedro's Jacob Darrigrande nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonatan Parrau made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 62 minutes of play, Deportivo San Pedro's Eleazar Illescas made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonatan Parrau was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonatan Parrau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleazar Illescas in the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of Deportivo San Pedro booed when Copaquire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eleazar Canío didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Eleazar Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonatan Parrau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleazar Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Copaquire's goal looked a bit too open when Eleazar Illescas came free, but Jonatan Parrau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Buchi Yu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lorenzo Celedón went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Jonatan Parrau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliverio Moñiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Copaquire's attentive Mario Lemos managed to snatch the ball when Alonso Cañas made a throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 82nd match minute, Deportivo San Pedro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidnei Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. Deportivo San Pedro's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eleazar Illescas in the 86th minute. A nice corner shot did that Eleazar Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonatan Parrau quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jonatan Parrau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacob Darrigrande in the 87th minute of play. Jonatan Parrau came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo San Pedro's Eleazar Illescas. But to his dismay, Eleazar Illescas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Jonatan Parrau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleazar Illescas in the 94th minute of play. Jonatan Parrau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliverio Moñiz in the 95th minute of the match. Jonatan Parrau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleazar Illescas in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Deportivo San Pedro players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
