Monumental Copaquire
Spectators: 8414 (Terracing: 6311, Seating: 1935, VIP seats: 168) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Elano Kaká took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute Elano Kaká shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Parrau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonatan Parrau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Saúl Herdoyza in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Copaquire's goal looked a bit too open when Poulus Olaso came free, but Jonatan Parrau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute, Gaspar Moller made a precise shot to the right of Jonatan Parrau. Copaquire's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Poulus Olaso in the 17th minute of play forced Copaquire's goalkeeper Jonatan Parrau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardino Mata made in the 20th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Maximiliano Santiago however managed to control. Jonatan Parrau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureo Farias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonatan Parrau came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Thunderboys fc's Gaspar Moller. But to his dismay, Gaspar Moller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elano Kaká in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonatan Parrau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gaspar Moller took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonatan Parrau. Jonatan Parrau dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 36th minute Carlos Saúl Herdoyza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Parrau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mario Lemos during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th minute, Mario Lemos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, Copaquire's goal looked a bit too open when Elano Kaká came free, but Jonatan Parrau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Moller in the 41st minute of play forced Copaquire's goalkeeper Jonatan Parrau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 minutes of play, Thunderboys fc's Maximiliano Santiago made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonatan Parrau was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonatan Parrau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Moller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Copaquire players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Thunderboys fc were winning 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lorenzo Celedón made a kick off. Jonatan Parrau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elano Kaká in the 53rd minute of the match. After 54 played minutes Copaquire got a freekick which was hit by Mario Lemos. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elano Kaká in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonatan Parrau saved Copaquire from getting behind. Copaquire's Jonatan Parrau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Copaquire from getting a goal against them. Eleazar Canío hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Toni Marshall kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Elano Kaká put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Jonatan Parrau. After 77 minutes of play Copaquire's Mario Lemos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Jonatan Parrau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaspar Moller in the 79th minute. After 81 played minutes Copaquire got a freekick which was hit by Toni Marshall. Carlos Saúl Herdoyza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Jonatan Parrau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Copaquire's Jonatan Parrau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Copaquire from getting a goal against them. In the 88th minute, Lorenzo Celedón hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 89 minutes, Poulus Olaso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thunderboys fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Poulus Olaso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonatan Parrau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Poulus Olaso in the 97th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elano Kaká in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonatan Parrau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match was over Thunderboys fc could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Copaquire throughout the match.
