The audience was convinced that Luiz Massa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Milián Viel was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Milián Viel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luiz Massa went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. 24 minutes into the match, Luiz Massa notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Tuna Talcahuano's Milián Viel. Milián Viel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Dennis Trillkott had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Massa in the 29th minute of play forced Tuna Talcahuano's goalkeeper Milián Viel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Eustacio Casos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Milián Viel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. After 33 minutes of play, Toqui Fc's Anthony Cullen made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Milián Viel was left in no man's land by his defense there! 35 minutes into the game, Eustacio Casos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Milián Viel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 38 minutes of play, Toqui Fc's Israel Hernandez made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Milián Viel was left in no man's land by his defense there! 41 minutes into the game, Toqui Fc's Israel Hernandez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Milián Viel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. Milián Viel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Israel Hernandez went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-12 was the resulting score. 48 minutes into the match, Tuna Talcahuano's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Massa came free, but Milián Viel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Toqui Fc were leading 0-12. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luiz Massa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Milián Viel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Hernandez in the 51st minute of play. Luiz Massa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milián Viel having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Anthony Cullen fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Milián Viel, passed just outside the right post. Luiz Massa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Milián Viel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luiz Massa had several of the Tuna Talcahuano's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 56 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-13 score and a disappointed Milián Viel as he didn't even see the shot coming. Eustacio Casos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Milián Viel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kurt Gerdberg took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Milián Viel. Milián Viel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-14. Anthony Cullen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Milián Viel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Tuna Talcahuano's Milián Viel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Israel Hernandez in the 64th minute of play. After 66 minutes, Luiz Massa made it 0-15 with a short kick to the right side. Tuna Talcahuano's Milián Viel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tuna Talcahuano's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Luiz Massa scored to the left of an out of position Milián Viel, making the score, 0-16. Eustacio Casos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Milián Viel came out and tried to block the shot, but Eustacio Casos slotted it home off the left post making it 0-17 in the 72nd minute. Toqui Fc made a substitution. Felipo Navarrete replaced Kurt Gerdberg. Toqui Fc made a substitution. Ricardo Puyol replaced Salamón Ovalle. In the 76th minute, Israel Hernandez made a precise shot to the right of Milián Viel. Tuna Talcahuano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-18. Tuna Talcahuano's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Eustacio Casos scored to the left of an out of position Milián Viel, making the score, 0-19. After some careless play in the Tuna Talcahuano defense, Israel Hernandez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Milián Viel. The Tuna Talcahuano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Milián Viel should have stopped the shot. Toqui Fc's Germán Alen was substituted for Luiz Massa. A hard shot 88 in the game by Eustacio Casos from a close distance when the talented Milián Viel managed to make a qualified save. Tuna Talcahuano's players were relieved. Anthony Cullen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Milián Viel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Toqui Fc played a much better game than Tuna Talcahuano and deserved their victory. The Tuna Talcahuano players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
