The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Macaria F.C's Vicens Ansieta got control of the ball when Joe Uytterhaegen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vicens Ansieta made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Omar Palma sent off a good shot on target. Joe Uytterhaegen took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vicens Ansieta. Vicens Ansieta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Lucio Jose María Cobo hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the game, Joe Uytterhaegen lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Vicens Ansieta. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joe Uytterhaegen got free with Vicens Ansieta in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 23 played minutes Macaria F.C got a freekick which was hit by Mario Alvar. A collision led to Macaria F.C getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Jose Ramon Barbero hit a great ball. Joe Uytterhaegen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 34 played minutes Ovalle City got a freekick which was hit by Osman Ayvazoğlu. When Antonio Alcázar came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Ovalle City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Alcázar couldn't finish the play. Joe Uytterhaegen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Vicens Ansieta skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vicens Ansieta acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 41st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Quintén Arciego. Matias Villalta kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, Ovalle City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Palma to maneuver through the defense. Joe Uytterhaegen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Vicens Ansieta when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jose Ramon Barbero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pawel Siedlecki made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Jose Ramon Barbero sent off a good shot on target. With a left leg Vicens Ansieta saved Macaria F.C from getting behind. 82 minutes into the game, Ovalle City's Anacleto Mascayano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vicens Ansieta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Jose Ramon Barbero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute, Bayron Daguerressar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vicens Ansieta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joe Uytterhaegen in the 93rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Joe Uytterhaegen sped through Macaria F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vicens Ansieta. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ovalle City fully deserved thier win.
