El Eterno Campeón's Leandro Daneri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tito Artigas in the 3rd minute of play. After having played for 4 minutes, Tito Artigas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U.C.MILÁN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tito Artigas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 6 minutes into the game, Tito Artigas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Leandro Daneri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Tito Artigas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leandro Daneri was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tito Artigas in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leandro Daneri saved El Eterno Campeón from getting behind. The U.C.MILÁN fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when U.C.MILÁN's Tito Artigas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Jose Manuel Gajardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leandro Daneri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tito Artigas in the 26th minute of the match. Tito Artigas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leandro Daneri having to make a save. Tanio Mascaro charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tanio Mascaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of U.C.MILÁN booed when El Eterno Campeón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tanio Mascaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tito Artigas struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Leandro Daneri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U.C.MILÁN. In the 35th minute, one of El Eterno Campeón:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for El Eterno Campeón. Leandro Daneri had in the 37thth minute some difficulties stopping Adán Ruz's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Tito Artigas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Daneri having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Tito Artigas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leandro Daneri was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Leandro Daneri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tito Artigas's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tanio Mascaro to strike the kick off in the second half. Tito Artigas succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 59th playminute. Leandro Daneri came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by U.C.MILÁN's Tito Artigas. But to his dismay, Tito Artigas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. After 68 played minutes El Eterno Campeón got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Martinovic. A sloppy throw-in by Daniel Martinovic in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by U.C.MILÁN's Mark Gonzalez. In the 75th minute, Tito Artigas made a precise shot to the right of Leandro Daneri. El Eterno Campeón's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. Daniel Martinovic made in the 79th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Vicens Aguila immediately put the ball in play. Adán Ruz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leandro Daneri. El Eterno Campeón's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 83rd minute, U.C.MILÁN's Tito Artigas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leandro Daneri. Leandro Daneri yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. 86 minutes into the match, El Eterno Campeón's goal looked a bit too open when Tito Artigas came free, but Leandro Daneri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tito Artigas struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Leandro Daneri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U.C.MILÁN. 92 minutes into the match, Sebastiano Pareja dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leandro Daneri, 0-11. When the final whistle sounded U.C.MILÁN left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than El Eterno Campeón.
