Spectators: 6727 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 0) Elias Finley came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by McGillivray FC's Cristobal Rivera. But to his dismay, Cristobal Rivera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Cristobal Rivera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Lewis Ventura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elias Finley was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristobal Rivera showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. Cristobal Rivera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Finley having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Colborne FC's Herbert McBride got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrick Yarbrough in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Shirley Ezell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd minute of the match Lindsey Werner sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Shirley Ezell skillfully saved the ball. If Patrick Yarbrough had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Rector kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. A collision led to Colborne FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Bruno Rector hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Colborne FC's goalkeeper Elias Finley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 45 minutes, Leigh Siegel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the McGillivray FC and the Colborne FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leigh Siegel kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Benedict Cunningham's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shirley Ezell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benedict Cunningham to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Benedict Cunningham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shirley Ezell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 54 minutes of play, Colborne FC's Patrick Yarbrough made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Shirley Ezell was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 57th minute, Bruno Rector hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristobal Rivera in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elias Finley saved Colborne FC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elmer Dickinson during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Colborne FC booed when McGillivray FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elmer Dickinson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Colborne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristobal Rivera came free, but Elias Finley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Colborne FC's Zachary Blackmon got a free kick in the 69th minute. Shirley Ezell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benedict Cunningham in the 71st minute. If Benedict Cunningham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Patrick Yarbrough had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Shirley Ezell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedict Cunningham in the 80th minute of play. The supporters of Colborne FC booed when McGillivray FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leigh Siegel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd match minute, Colborne FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavio Courcelle to maneuver through the defense. Octavio Courcelle hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Leigh Siegel hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After having played for 92 minutes, Patrick Yarbrough managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colborne FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrick Yarbrough was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benedict Cunningham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shirley Ezell having to interfere.
