Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) Thornhill's Jonas Blackman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Jonas Blackman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Junior Currie charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Junior Currie the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonas Blackman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Charlebois having to interfere. In the 13thth minute of the game Georges Metcalf who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Thornhill's Donte Darling was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 16 played minutes, Montcerf AFC's Firmin Redmond shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Donte Darling came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Montcerf AFC reached it. Donte Darling stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Georges Metcalf's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Jonas Blackman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 23rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Thornhill's zone, Georges Metcalf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donte Darling came out of the goal and Georges Metcalf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Montcerf AFC's Georges Metcalf in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Thornhill's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Montcerf AFC's zone, Kristopher Roman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Charlebois came out of the goal and Kristopher Roman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonas Blackman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Aurelio Charlebois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Joesph Reaves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 41 in the game by Kristopher Roman from a close distance when the talented Aurelio Charlebois managed to make a qualified save. Montcerf AFC's players were relieved. If Reginald McNair had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Montcerf AFC's Georges Metcalf in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Thornhill's goalie prevented a goal. Donte Darling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georges Metcalf in the 46th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Georges Metcalf made the kick off in the second half. Aurelio Charlebois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Blackman in the 55th minute of the match. Joesph Reaves kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. If Jonas Blackman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristopher Roman in the 65th minute of play forced Montcerf AFC's goalkeeper Aurelio Charlebois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 66 played minutes Thornhill got a freekick which was hit by Jamie Pinneau. After a defensive mix-up in Thornhill's zone, Firmin Redmond stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donte Darling came out of the goal and Firmin Redmond tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Georges Metcalf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Donte Darling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aurelio Charlebois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Blackman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Reginald McNair came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Montcerf AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reginald McNair couldn't finish the play. Aurelio Charlebois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Blackman in the 75th minute of the match. If Kristopher Roman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristopher Roman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute.
