Spectators: 6715 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ambrose Lemons kicked off to start the match. In the 8th minute Ambrose Lemons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Charlebois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Malachi's Curtis Rhodes broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 15 minutes into the game, Nick Roman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Malachi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montcerf AFC the free kick. A collision led to Malachi getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Nick Roman hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Georges Metcalf in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dwain Dillon saved Malachi from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Malachi's zone, Reginald McNair stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dwain Dillon came out of the goal and Reginald McNair tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Georges Metcalf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dwain Dillon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georges Metcalf in the 24th minute of play. Ambrose Lemons struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Aurelio Charlebois didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malachi. Aurelio Charlebois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loyd Vadeboncoeur, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. When Malachi's Loyd Vadeboncoeur in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Montcerf AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Reginald McNair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Dwain Dillon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Georges Metcalf dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dwain Dillon, 2-1. Reginald McNair could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Dwain Dillon made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Georges Metcalf to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Malachi's zone, Georges Metcalf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dwain Dillon came out of the goal and Georges Metcalf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Reginald McNair had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georges Metcalf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurelio Charlebois was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ambrose Lemons showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 66 minute of play. Ambrose Lemons received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Aurelio Charlebois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Montcerf AFC's goalkeeper Aurelio Charlebois, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Loyd Vadeboncoeur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reginald McNair recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Loyd Vadeboncoeur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Aurelio Charlebois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ambrose Lemons fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Charlebois having to interfere. Bruno Dufresne blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aurelio Charlebois having to make a save. The Malachi players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Montcerf AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
