If Kristopher Roman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Jonas Blackman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 22 minutes into the game, one of Thornhill:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Donte Darling, was totally fooled by Braeside's Bret Rich, who 25 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The supporters of Thornhill booed when Braeside was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronald Mims didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Kristopher Roman came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Thornhill fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kristopher Roman couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kasey Bain during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kasey Bain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rey LondeLalonde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Donte Darling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kasey Bain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donte Darling having to interfere.

Donte Darling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rey LondeLalonde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rey LondeLalonde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 played minutes Thornhill got a freekick which was hit by Cory Wooten. After a rather tough play, Thornhill's Kristopher Roman got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Rey LondeLalonde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donte Darling having to interfere. Rey LondeLalonde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Donte Darling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Braeside were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Thornhill for a fine match.
