When Dalton Barrios came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Willowdale fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dalton Barrios couldn't finish the play. Honoré Li fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antony Rubio having to interfere. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dalton Barrios to make the kick off. After 55 played minutes Willowdale got a freekick which was hit by Darrin Field. If Tristan Yang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Dalton Barrios got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Richard Case showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tristan Yang, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Dalton Barrios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antony Rubio having to interfere. The supporters of Willowdale booed when Amulet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philibert Trevino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mose Lépicier charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mose Lépicier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Willowdale's Mose Lépicier got a free kick in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Amulet had won after a very even match.
