Spectators: 6737 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Williams Dempsey made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Redvers FC booed when Milltown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jon Dozier didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Redvers FC defense, Williams Dempsey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Murray Li. The Redvers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Murray Li should have stopped the shot. Milltown's Christopher Stapleton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Baker in the 11th minute of play. Williams Dempsey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murray Li having to interfere. Eliseo Baker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Murray Li showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon Dozier, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Williams Dempsey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murray Li having to interfere. Redvers FC's Murray Li played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Dozier in the 32nd minute of play. Murray Li made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Williams Dempsey in the 39th minute of play. Murray Li took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Williams Dempsey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Jon Dozier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Milltown were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eliseo Baker to make the kick off. When Eliseo Baker came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Redvers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Baker couldn't finish the play. After 62 played minutes Redvers FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Hartley. Murray Li took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Williams Dempsey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jon Dozier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Milltown's Toby Couturier got a free kick in the 69th minute. Eliseo Baker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Christopher Stapleton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jon Dozier succeeded in the game's 74th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Williams Dempsey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milltown's supporters rose to their feet, but Williams Dempsey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Murray Li breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Jon Dozier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jon Dozier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Murray Li made a huge save. 93 minutes into the match, Milltown's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Baker came free, but Christopher Stapleton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Milltown's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
