The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgard Berger was the one to do the kick off. A very good chance for a goal. Benny Landry stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alden McNally's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Justin Medrano was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Edgard Berger capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edgard Berger really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sterling Hay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justin Medrano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Berger, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Alden McNally fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benny Landry having to interfere. When Alden McNally came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Campbellford fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alden McNally couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Balfour AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Campbellford.
