The tension between the Wrigley and the Boswell AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Buford Gould kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Clément Blair fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Donnelly having to interfere. Tom Donnelly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Buford Williamson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Buford Williamson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Tom Donnelly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paul Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timothée Casgrain in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Boswell AFC's Jon Melton got a free kick in the 19th minute. When Wrigley's Timothée Casgrain in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Boswell AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Paul Cruz was a little too slow when Timothée Casgrain got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. Tom Donnelly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lionel Saunders, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Buford Williamson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tom Donnelly having to make a save. In the 35th minute, Buford Gould hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 played minutes Boswell AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dorsey Berger. After 46 minutes, Lionel Saunders mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boswell AFC and the Wrigley players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Boswell AFC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Lionel Saunders hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Timothée Casgrain to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Boswell AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Timothée Casgrain came free, but Paul Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Wrigley's zone, Clément Blair stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tom Donnelly came out of the goal and Clément Blair tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Boswell AFC's Alton Sousa got a free kick in the 67th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Timothée Casgrain managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wrigley's supporters rose to their feet, but Timothée Casgrain was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paul Cruz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tom Donnelly showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clément Blair, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Timothée Casgrain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Paul Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Buford Williamson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Donnelly having to interfere. If Jim Coffey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Clément Blair came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Boswell AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clément Blair couldn't finish the play. Buford Williamson struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Tom Donnelly didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boswell AFC. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Wrigley had won after a very even match.
