Spectators: 6757 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1757, VIP seats: 0) Alberto Sizemore started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd match minute, Surprise FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maria Larsen to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Surprise FC's zone, Jamey Denny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Issac Wiggins came out of the goal and Jamey Denny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Burt Burkhart came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Lasqueti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Burt Burkhart couldn't finish the play. Malik Lane kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Jamey Denny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Issac Wiggins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Burt Burkhart went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jamey Denny in the 19th minute of play forced Surprise FC's goalkeeper Issac Wiggins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Jeff Charpie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jamey Denny in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Issac Wiggins saved Surprise FC from getting behind. Sheldon Stoner was a little too slow when Alberto Sizemore got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-1. The supporters of Lasqueti booed when Surprise FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cory Zamora didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jamey Denny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th match minute, Surprise FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Echeverri to maneuver through the defense. Issac Wiggins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jamey Denny in the 47th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jamey Denny was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Surprise FC's Cory Zamora got a free kick in the 54th minute. Surprise FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jamey Denny 58 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Burt Burkhart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Issac Wiggins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Surprise FC's Issac Wiggins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jamey Denny in the 64th minute of play. Burt Burkhart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Issac Wiggins having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Jeff Charpie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sheldon Stoner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeff Charpie took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sheldon Stoner. Sheldon Stoner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 85 minutes into the match, Surprise FC's goalkeeper Issac Wiggins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Burt Burkhart. After 86 minutes, Bernard Kenny mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Surprise FC and the Lasqueti players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bernard Kenny kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Burt Burkhart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
