Kyle Pringle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute, one of Princeville:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Princeville. In the 14th minute there was a penalty for Wesleyville AFC. Renaud Stanley stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kyle Pringle. 0-2. After 16 played minutes Wesleyville AFC got a freekick which was hit by Christophe Gallegos. Mary Valencia got in the 19th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Kyle Pringle handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Greg Higgins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the match, Wesleyville AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Cagle came free, but Stephen Sirois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaétan Fraser to strike the kick off in the second half. Raul Cagle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stephen Sirois having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raul Cagle in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stephen Sirois prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kyle Pringle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaétan Fraser in the 62nd minute of play. Raul Cagle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stephen Sirois read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Raul Cagle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mary Valencia got free with Kyle Pringle in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 79 played minutes Wesleyville AFC got a freekick which was hit by Julian Crowder. Raul Cagle kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. The supporters of Princeville booed when Wesleyville AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reginald Thurman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Raul Cagle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Princeville's supporters rose to their feet, but Raul Cagle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stephen Sirois breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stephen Sirois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Cagle, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 92nd match minute, Princeville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Hébert to maneuver through the defense. The Princeville manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Wesleyville AFC to win.
