Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alvaro Presley started the match with the kick off. Gambo's Vince Jarrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Presley in the 4th minute of play. Alvaro Presley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vince Jarrell having to interfere. After having played for 11 minutes, Raul Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Codroy FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute, Ahmad Schmidt had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The supporters of Codroy FC booed when Gambo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincent Rivard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raul Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vince Jarrell having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Asa Chaney during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gambo's Asa Chaney got a free kick in the 16th minute. Buford Gamache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marty Wang, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Raul Marquez might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vince Jarrell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raul Marquez ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marty Bonami in the 22nd minute of play forced Gambo's goalkeeper Vince Jarrell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vince Jarrell came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Codroy FC's Raul Marquez. But to his dismay, Raul Marquez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 31 minutes into the match, Eliseo DuLin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Buford Gamache. Codroy FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliseo DuLin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 38th match minute, Gambo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rocco Creech to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marty Wang to strike the kick off in the second half. With his leg Buford Gamache managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Gambo's Eliseo DuLin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Eliseo DuLin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the game, Alvaro Presley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Codroy FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gambo the free kick. Alvaro Presley kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Marty Wang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Buford Gamache was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. When Clark Jensen fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Codroy FC's protests and gave Clark Jensen a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Codroy FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Clark Jensen hit a great ball. Buford Gamache made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliseo DuLin in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute Gambo were awarded a corner. Asa Chaney went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Gambo's corner Asa Chaney fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Buford Gamache quite easily take care of the ball. Eliseo DuLin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Buford Gamache having to interfere. Yong Brandt's late challenge caught a Gambo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yong Brandt helped the player get up and apologised. After 78 played minutes Codroy FC got a freekick which was hit by Yong Brandt. 80 minutes into the match, Gambo's Marty Wang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Buford Gamache narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marty Wang struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Buford Gamache didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gambo. Buford Gamache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marty Wang in the 93rd minute of the match. Eliseo DuLin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Buford Gamache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
