After 15 minutes of play, Clarkson FC's Rudy Parnell made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnoldo Jobin was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Gonzalo Parham fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cranbrook's protests and gave Gonzalo Parham a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had been going on for 20 minutes, Clarkson FC's Adolph Mendoza got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Arnoldo Jobin. Nathaniel Langford took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alden Pruett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rudy Parnell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cranbrook's Arnoldo Jobin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Cranbrook from getting a goal against them. Cranbrook's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Marcus Pina scored to the left of an out of position Arnoldo Jobin, making the score, 3-0. After 30 played minutes Cranbrook got a freekick which was hit by Sylvain Witt. After a defensive mix-up in Cranbrook's zone, Rudy Parnell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnoldo Jobin came out of the goal and Rudy Parnell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rudy Parnell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnoldo Jobin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Pina in the 34th minute of play. Alden Pruett blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nathaniel Langford having to make a save. Marcus Pina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alden Pruett in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nathaniel Langford saved Clarkson FC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sylvestre Manning during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 44 played minutes Clarkson FC got a freekick which was hit by Sylvestre Manning. After 45 minutes of play, Cranbrook's Alden Pruett made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nathaniel Langford was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Marcus Pina made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match Marcellin Helton shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nathaniel Langford showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Pina in the 54th minute of play forced Cranbrook's goalkeeper Arnoldo Jobin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clarkson FC's Nathaniel Langford proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Clarkson FC from getting a goal against them. Eustache Branch blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nathaniel Langford having to make a save. Alden Pruett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathaniel Langford having to interfere. Eustache Branch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Clarkson FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Louis Santiago hit a great ball. Alden Pruett's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Nathaniel Langford skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Alden Pruett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alden Pruett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Cranbrook's Eustache Branch in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Clarkson FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Marcus Pina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alden Pruett in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nathaniel Langford, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Clarkson FC's Louis Santiago got a free kick in the 80th minute. Eustache Branch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nathaniel Langford read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Cranbrook's Alden Pruett got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustache Branch in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nathaniel Langford prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute, Louis Santiago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Cranbrook booed when Clarkson FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sylvestre Manning didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clarkson FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cranbrook for a fine match.
