Eduardo Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Keven Keen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Deschambault getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Monty Sheldon hit a great ball. Eduardo Rosado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keven Keen having to make a save. When Eduardo Rosado came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Deschambault fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduardo Rosado couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marty Chalifour to make the kick off. Abe Waldron who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Ali Lee when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eduardo Rosado scored 1-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Keven Keen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Tangent getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Marty Chalifour hit a great ball. If Norbert Bridges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute Eduardo Rosado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keven Keen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Norbert Bridges notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Tangent's Keven Keen. Keven Keen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Norbert Bridges managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deschambault's supporters rose to their feet, but Norbert Bridges was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keven Keen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ali Lee made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Abe Waldron sent off a good shot on target. In the 86th minute Marty Chalifour shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Lee saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Tangent's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Rosado came free, but Keven Keen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
