A wasted opportunity for Elma. 17 minutes into the match, Deschambault's Norbert Bridges sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marc Bellamy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 17th match minute, Elma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dave Steward to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Elma's goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Bridges came free, but Marc Bellamy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduardo Rosado during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ali Lee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ben Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brent Desjardins kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Norbert Bridges managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deschambault's supporters rose to their feet, but Norbert Bridges was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marc Bellamy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Deschambault defense, Evan Labossière kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Lee. The Deschambault fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Lee should have stopped the shot. Marc Bellamy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Bridges, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62ndth minute of the game Norbert Bridges who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Elma's Marc Bellamy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Evan Labossière had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ali Lee. Deschambault's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evan Labossière was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evan Labossière in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ali Lee saved Deschambault from getting behind. Evan Labossière sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali Lee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ben Murillo in the 73rd minute of the match. After having played for 75 minutes, Evan Labossière managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evan Labossière was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Evan Labossière got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 85th minute, Eduardo Rosado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eduardo Rosado got free with Marc Bellamy in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eduardo Rosado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elma's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
