Spectators: 6724 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nicolas Echols made the kick off which started today's match. Brady Fowler charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brady Fowler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tracy getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Brady Fowler hit a great ball. Jesus McCollum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Echols in the 9th minute of play. Elton Redding made a great header on Lindbergh FC's corner, it was just that Tracy's Jesus McCollum managed to reach the ball for a save. Tracy's Sean Patel got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Quinn Dolan fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lindbergh FC's protests and gave Quinn Dolan a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lindbergh FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Cedric Marsh, was totally fooled by Tracy's Narcisse Lamy, who 25 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Sean Patel took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cedric Marsh. Cedric Marsh dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 33 minutes into the game, Cordell Desrosiers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lindbergh FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tracy the free kick. Nicolas Echols sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jessie Wilkinson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Echols in the 53rd minute of play forced Tracy's goalkeeper Jesus McCollum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Nicolas Echols lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Jesus McCollum. If Rodrick Laberge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Tracy's Jesus McCollum got control of the ball when Jefferson Dempsey tried to sneak it across the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Jefferson Dempsey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Jesus McCollum was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rodrick Laberge hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. A collision led to Lindbergh FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Quinn Dolan hit a great ball. In the 79th minute Jefferson Dempsey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus McCollum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jefferson Dempsey struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Jesus McCollum didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lindbergh FC. Jessie Wilkinson scored 4-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cedric Marsh, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sean Patel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Sean Patel came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Tracy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sean Patel couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tracy fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lindbergh FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
