Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fredrick Daugherty got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaud Sams in the 5th minute of play forced Doussal FC's goalkeeper Corey McCollum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Fredrick Daugherty came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Doussal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fredrick Daugherty couldn't finish the play. Fredrick Daugherty was extremely unlucky when he, in the 13th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Reynaud Sams recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th match minute, Taber AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saul Mills to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute Saul Mills shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corey McCollum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sherwood Guertin during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 23 played minutes Doussal FC got a freekick which was hit by Sherwood Guertin. 24 minutes into the match, Doussal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaud Sams came free, but Corey McCollum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Doussal FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Jacinto Jeffries hit a great ball. Reynaud Sams received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Corey McCollum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Fredrick Daugherty in the 41st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Reynaud Sams made the kick off in the second half. Elliot Wilkerson came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Doussal FC's Silas Bridges. But to his dismay, Silas Bridges quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Reynaud Sams recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Doussal FC's Winford Maurer in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Taber AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Fredrick Daugherty recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Doussal FC booed when Taber AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Onesime Aupry didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reynaud Sams did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Corey McCollum 73 minutes into the match. Fredrick Daugherty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Taber AFC's Reynaud Sams ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Corey McCollum. Corey McCollum yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. With a little luck, Doussal FC's Corey McCollum got control of the ball when Reynaud Sams tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Doussal FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Taber AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Taber AFC.
