Spectators: 6732 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Douglas Couet made the kick off which started today's match. McKague's Santo Butcher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglas Couet in the 4th minute of play. If Douglas Couet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Séverin Bagley's late challenge caught a Mulgrave's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Séverin Bagley helped the player get up and apologised. After 10 played minutes McKague got a freekick which was hit by Séverin Bagley. Leon Davenport recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute, Douglas Couet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Gustavo Atwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Alain Connelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, McKague's Séverin Bagley got a free kick in the 21st minute. After having played for 25 minutes, Alain Connelly managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mulgrave's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alain Connelly was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Douglas Couet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Santo Butcher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Huppé in the 35th minute of play forced Mulgrave's goalkeeper Fredric Lacombe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, McKague's Santo Butcher got control of the ball when Alain Connelly tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alain Connelly got free with Santo Butcher in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in McKague's zone, Wyatt Fontenot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santo Butcher came out of the goal and Wyatt Fontenot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Douglas Couet hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leon Davenport made a kick off. In the 58th minute, Wyatt Fontenot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, McKague's Rodrick Voss tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 63 minutes of play, Mulgrave's Douglas Couet made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santo Butcher was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of McKague booed when Mulgrave was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimitri Franks didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wyatt Fontenot kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Rodrick Voss's shot from long distance in the 71st minute was not bad at all, but Mulgrave's Fredric Lacombe knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After 73 played minutes McKague got a freekick which was hit by Tanner Deblois. In the 74th minute of the match Earle Napier sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Santo Butcher skillfully saved the ball. Douglas Couet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alain Connelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santo Butcher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Couet, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 88th minute of the match, Denis Huppé sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Fredric Lacombe showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Leon Davenport's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fredric Lacombe was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Santo Butcher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Couet, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
