An unexpectedly hard shot by Hershel Toth in the 24th minute of play forced Chimo's goalkeeper Antwan Baez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Broadlands AFC's Shaun Rhodes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joseph Heath in the 25th minute of play. Chimo's Stacy Redd got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eustache Loomis might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antwan Baez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eustache Loomis ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chimo's goalkeeper Antwan Baez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
