May Two-Four's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Greenspond FC the free kick. Byron Squires kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, May Two-Four's Kay Hörster dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Gaylord Turcotte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentin Prince in the 23rd minute of the match. Prosper Bourdette blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaylord Turcotte having to make a save. Florentin Prince might have been able to make a better finish in the 49th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gaylord Turcotte. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florentin Prince ran back to his position shaking his head. 49 minutes into the game, Prosper Bourdette cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Gaylord Turcotte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Byron Squires hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Prosper Bourdette took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaylord Turcotte. Gaylord Turcotte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. After a rather tough play, Greenspond FC's Prosper Bourdette got a free kick in the 66th minute. The throw-in from Milton Godin in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by May Two-Four's Frederick Randall. In the 71st match minute, Greenspond FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prosper Bourdette to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th match minute, May Two-Four was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rueben Edmonds to maneuver through the defense. Greenspond FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
