Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Terrebonne's Amédée Guinn started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Elisha Norris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amédée Guinn in the 3rd minute of the match. Régis Holmes struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Elisha Norris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Terrebonne. If Régis Holmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Régis Holmes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Elisha Norris skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Amédée Guinn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elisha Norris having to interfere. After 23 minutes, Amédée Guinn made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Chignecto FC's Elisha Norris tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Amédée Guinn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elisha Norris having to interfere. After having played for 31 minutes, Cruz Koehler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Terrebonne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cruz Koehler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute, Cruz Koehler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Amédée Guinn's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elisha Norris was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. If Amédée Guinn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Marlin Rouse made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Terrebonne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cary Ezell to maneuver through the defense. Amédée Guinn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elisha Norris having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Anibal Allain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elisha Norris stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amédée Guinn's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Willie Baum charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Willie Baum the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 57 minutes into the game, one of Chignecto FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Marlin Rouse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elisha Norris came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Terrebonne's Régis Holmes. But to his dismay, Régis Holmes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After a rather tough play, Terrebonne's Cruz Koehler got a free kick in the 67th minute. When Toney Douglas fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Terrebonne's protests and gave Toney Douglas a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amédée Guinn in the 73rd minute of play forced Chignecto FC's goalkeeper Elisha Norris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Chignecto FC's Omar Dostie got a free kick in the 74th minute. Amédée Guinn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the game, Cruz Koehler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Terrebonne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chignecto FC the free kick. A collision led to Terrebonne getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Cruz Koehler hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amédée Guinn in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elisha Norris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 89 minutes, Amédée Guinn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Terrebonne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amédée Guinn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd match minute, Terrebonne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cruz Koehler to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 93 in the game by Irvin Penn from a close distance when the talented Jere Walton managed to make a qualified save. Terrebonne's players were relieved. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Terrebonne had played much better football throughout.
