Spectators: 6722 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rogelio MacDonald got the match started through his kick off. Devin Benton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Claude English tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio MacDonald in the 8th minute of play forced Fiske's goalkeeper Gilbert Whitfield to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pakan's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chase Doiron in the 10th minute. Pakan's Chase Doiron was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gilbert Whitfield in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Claude English made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Devin Benton in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Benjamin Cinq-Mars hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the match, Fiske's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio MacDonald came free, but Gilbert Whitfield reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Devin Benton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claude English was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. If Rogelio MacDonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 29 minutes of play, Pakan's Jonathon McFadden made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gilbert Whitfield was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rogelio MacDonald's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilbert Whitfield read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. When Garth Pollard came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Fiske fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Garth Pollard couldn't finish the play. Rogelio MacDonald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Whitfield having to interfere. Rogelio MacDonalds short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Gilbert Whitfield to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Rogelio MacDonald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Devin Benton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Fiske's Garth Pollard slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claude English. That made the score 1-1 after 56 minutes of play. Rogelio MacDonald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Whitfield having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Fiske's Claude English threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Devin Benton, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Garth Pollard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fiske's supporters rose to their feet, but Garth Pollard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claude English breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Pakan getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Gonzalo Patten hit a great ball. Micheal Pritchard kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 87th play minute Garth Pollard came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Claude English. 1-2. The supporters of Pakan booed when Fiske was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Cinq-Mars didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathon McFadden in the 91st minute of play forced Fiske's goalkeeper Gilbert Whitfield to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Pakan's goal looked a bit too open when Devin Benton came free, but Claude English reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogelio MacDonald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Gilbert Whitfield tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Pakan supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Fiske's performance. The match ended with a win for Fiske.
