The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Théodore Dillon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darwin Jacob, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After 16 minutes, Sanford Guzman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tilting and the Matador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sanford Guzman kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After having played for 17 minutes, Warren Bush managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Matador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Warren Bush was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Warren Bush struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Théodore Dillon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matador. Lino Green kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Weston Chung sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 37th minute of the match Lino Green completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lino Green a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 37 played minutes Matador got a freekick which was hit by Lino Green. In the 45th minute, Warren Bush got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Matador's Warren Bush in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tilting's goalie prevented a goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emory Britton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Matador's goal looked a bit too open when Emory Britton came free, but Dennis Brewer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Weston Chung had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rolf Matthews hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emory Britton in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Brewer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 67th match minute, Matador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darwin Jacob to maneuver through the defense. Matador's Dennis Brewer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Weston Chung in the 68th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Tilting's goalkeeper Théodore Dillon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Warren Bush. Dennis Brewer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emory Britton in the 77th minute of the match. Darwin Jacob kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Matador's Perry Hays got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Weston Chung received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Dennis Brewer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Darwin Jacob had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dennis Brewer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emory Britton in the 94th minute of the match. Warren Bush fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Théodore Dillon having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, Tilting could leave the field as winners, despite Matador having more of the ball for most of the match.
