Spectators: 6728 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pierre Poulin took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Tilting's Weston Chung got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tilting! Théodore Dillon went to the wrong direction when Ben McGrath was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Pierre Poulin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 10th minute, Sanford Guzman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Fonthill AFC booed when Tilting was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clay Donaldson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charley Bullard charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Charley Bullard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Emory Britton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Fonthill AFC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Randall Cadieux hit a great ball. Emory Britton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Singletary in the 31st minute of play forced Tilting's goalkeeper Théodore Dillon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, César Singletary managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fonthill AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but César Singletary was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Théodore Dillon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute, Tilting's Emory Britton ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Trinidad Torres. Trinidad Torres yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Théodore Dillon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from César Singletary in the 43rd minute of play. If Pierre Poulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Théodore Dillon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from César Singletary went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emory Britton to make the kick off. Weston Chung received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Trinidad Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Tilting's Emory Britton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Trinidad Torres narrowly saved just below the crossbar. César Singletary fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Théodore Dillon having to interfere. When César Singletary fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fonthill AFC's protests and gave César Singletary a yellow card for diving instead. Charley Bullard kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Théodore Dillon was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ben McGrath. César Singletary in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Théodore Dillon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Fonthill AFC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Morgan Beaulieu hit a great ball. Emory Britton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. César Singletary fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Théodore Dillon having to interfere. Théodore Dillon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre Poulin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Fonthill AFC's Pierre Poulin in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tilting's goalie prevented a goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
