Achille Benson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Maynard Creech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute Charles Fluet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Darden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grady Méthot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Maynard Creech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grady Méthot in the 36th minute of play forced Hamilton FC's goalkeeper Maynard Creech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Achille Benson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Boyd Pierce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41stth minute of the game Boyd Pierce who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Davangus FC's Cesar Darden was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Charles Fluet got in the 44th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Cesar Darden handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Grady Méthot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Maynard Creech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

53 minutes into the match, Grady Méthot notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Hamilton FC's Maynard Creech. Maynard Creech was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Achille Benson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grady Méthot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maynard Creech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grady Méthot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 74 minutes, Achille Benson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Davangus FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Achille Benson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bastien Bizier struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Cesar Darden didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hamilton FC. In the 84th minute, Alphonso Petrie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Hamilton FC booed when Davangus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alphonso Petrie didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Davangus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Boyd Pierce came free, but Cesar Darden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grady Méthot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cesar Darden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boyd Pierce in the 95th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Hamilton FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
