After a defensive mix-up in Huronian FC's zone, Luc McElroy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vincent Anthony came out of the goal and Luc McElroy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joesph Vaughan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Levi Gray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clay Desilets sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Huronian FC's Arnaud McGuire got a free kick in the 21st minute. Vincent Anthony made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clay Desilets in the 22nd minute. When Ricardo Black fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huronian FC's protests and gave Ricardo Black a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes Huronian FC got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Black. After having played for 29 minutes, Clay Desilets managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sedalia AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clay Desilets was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Luc McElroy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clay Desilets sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th match minute, Huronian FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaud McGuire to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luc McElroy in the 35th minute of play forced Huronian FC's goalkeeper Vincent Anthony to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luc McElroy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Luc McElroy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincent Anthony saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Garrett Monty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vincent Anthony came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Sedalia AFC's Clay Desilets. But to his dismay, Clay Desilets quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Clay Desilets received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Vincent Anthony tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sedalia AFC's Rudolf Albrecht got a free kick in the 71st minute. Huronian FC's Joesph Vaughan got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vincent Anthony showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clay Desilets, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Vincent Anthony stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luc McElroy's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. If Garrett Monty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joesph Vaughan struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Levi Gray didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huronian FC. Luc McElroy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luc McElroy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincent Anthony having to interfere. The Huronian FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Sedalia AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
