Eric Pearce's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bryant Anderson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Thamesville's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Pearce came free, but Bryant Anderson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elliot Clavet scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Theodore Beard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 22 minutes into the match, Thamesville's Elliot Clavet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Theodore Beard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dorsey Laramée recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claud Godin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elliot Clavet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Claud Godin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Theodore Beard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Theodore Beard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claud Godin in the 36th minute of the match. Theodore Beard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elliot Clavet, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 43rdth minute of the game Eric Pearce who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Thamesville's Bryant Anderson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eric Pearce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bryant Anderson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Pearce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elliot Clavet to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Dorsey Laramée notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Thamesville's Bryant Anderson. Bryant Anderson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bryant Anderson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Pearce in the 57th minute of play. Claud Godin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Theodore Beard made a huge save. Jarvis Roberts took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Theodore Beard. Wingham FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Thamesville's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Pearce came free, but Bryant Anderson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bryant Anderson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Pearce in the 72nd minute of the match. Justin Vaughn kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Wingham FC's Theodore Beard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Wingham FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Wingham FC's Otis Jetté got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 83rdth minute of the game Elliot Clavet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wingham FC's Theodore Beard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Eric Pearce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thamesville's Bryant Anderson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Pearce in the 93rd minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Eric Pearce had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bryant Anderson. Thamesville's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eric Pearce was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Wingham FC fully deserved thier win.
