Paris Desilets showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Reeves in the 60th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Chipman defense, Albert Reeves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paris Desilets. The Chipman fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paris Desilets should have stopped the shot. Guy Brandt received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Paris Desilets came out and tried to block the shot, but Guy Brandt slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 68th minute. Marcel Gardner charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
