When Shawn Kilgore fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kangerthialuksoak's protests and gave Shawn Kilgore a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Peterbell booed when Kangerthialuksoak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shawn Kilgore didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erasmo Kennedy got free with Arden Monroe in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Guillory made a kick off. Guy Brandt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Nathaniel Pittman made a huge save. Jess Lemon hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Arden Monroe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Guillory in the 61st minute of play. Erasmo Kennedy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arden Monroe having to interfere.
