Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 0) Jacques Dozier made the kick off and thus started the match. Jacques Dozier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Kangerthialuksoak's goalkeeper Arden Monroe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelino Huston. Taylor Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Reeves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albert Reeves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Guy Brandt came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Kangerthialuksoak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guy Brandt couldn't finish the play. 26 minutes into the match, Kangerthialuksoak's goalkeeper Arden Monroe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelino Huston. In the 27th minute of the match Darrel Sadler sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Taylor Dias skillfully saved the ball. Taylor Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Reeves in the 29th minute of the match. Guy Brandt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Marcelino Huston came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Suffield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelino Huston couldn't finish the play. After having played for 48 minutes, Jacques Dozier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suffield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacques Dozier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albert Reeves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcelino Huston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacques Dozier struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Arden Monroe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Suffield. Guy Brandt might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Taylor Dias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guy Brandt ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Suffield's Taylor Dias got control of the ball when Guy Brandt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arden Monroe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Huston in the 62nd minute of the match. After 63 minutes of play, Suffield's Marcelino Huston made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arden Monroe was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th match minute, Kangerthialuksoak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Reeves to maneuver through the defense. Marcelino Huston scored 3-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arden Monroe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacques Dozier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Kangerthialuksoak getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Benton Jolly hit a great ball. Marcelino Huston got in the 75th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Arden Monroe handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. If Jacques Dozier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arden Monroe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacques Dozier's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. When Marcelino Huston came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Suffield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelino Huston couldn't finish the play. Albert Reeves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Taylor Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Marcelino Huston got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Suffield's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
