Austin Simon was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Kirby Brunault capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kirby Brunault really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Jamal Lilly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Austin Simon having to interfere. Bobbie Jernigan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Comax's Oliver Abraham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bobbie Jernigan in the 30th minute of play. With his leg Austin Simon managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Comax's Jamal Lilly fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bobbie Jernigan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Abraham having to interfere. 38 minutes in the game, Kirby Brunault fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Austin Simon having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Leclercville's Bobbie Jernigan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oliver Abraham narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roland Jean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Oliver Abraham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Oliver Abraham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Jean in the 51st minute of play. Leclercville's Roland Jean got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Roland Jean came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Leclercville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roland Jean couldn't finish the play. After 68 played minutes Leclercville got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Cash. After 68 played minutes, Comax's Rueben Gallardo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Austin Simon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Comax's Kirby Brunault got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruce Jernigan's late challenge caught a Leclercville's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruce Jernigan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 75th minute, Bruce Jernigan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oliver Abraham made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roland Jean in the 83rd minute. A collision led to Comax getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Roland Aldridge hit a great ball. Oliver Abraham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bobbie Jernigan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the game, one of Comax:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 89 minutes, Leclercville's Gustave Spears got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Oliver Abraham. Jamal Lilly struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Austin Simon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Comax. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
