Stéphane Boisclair was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 22 minutes of play, Woodlands F.C's Dewitt Jobin made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stéphane Boisclair was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Woodlands F.C's Adam Zimmer got control of the ball when Marc Moser tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Willie Marcum fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Woodlands F.C's protests and gave Willie Marcum a yellow card for diving instead. 32 minutes into the match, Woodlands F.C's Aimé Tidwell sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stéphane Boisclair narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Doyles getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Hugues Grimm hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute Aimé Tidwell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stéphane Boisclair saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute, Doyles's Marc Moser dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Woodlands F.C made a substitution. Stanton Denton replaced Ernest Bériault. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Jessie Arpin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stéphane Boisclair having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Cruz notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Woodlands F.C's Adam Zimmer. Adam Zimmer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stéphane Boisclair was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jessie Arpin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-3 in the 62 minute of play. In the 66th minute Rodrigo Cruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Zimmer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stéphane Boisclair didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 70th minute, which inside left pole to 3-4. Dewitt Jobin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stéphane Boisclair having to interfere. After 77th play minutes Dewitt Jobin shot 3-5, a short shot which went by Stéphane Boisclair and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 81st minute, Doyles's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dewitt Jobin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Dewitt Jobin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dewitt Jobin in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stéphane Boisclair prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Woodlands F.C's Len Lavoie got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 93 minutes of play, Woodlands F.C's Dewitt Jobin made it 3-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stéphane Boisclair was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dewitt Jobin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stéphane Boisclair having to interfere. Woodlands F.C's Jessie Arpin got a good chance for a goal in the 100th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Woodlands F.C's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
