But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Terrell Levine couldn't finish the play. Terrell Levine charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Terrell Levine the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Terrell Levine hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. A collision led to Roberval getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Werner Johns was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Willet's Hai Haskins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilson Newman in the 35th minute of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wilson Newman to strike the kick off in the second half. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hai Haskins showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Roberval fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The Willet supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Willet would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
