After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Roland Jean managed to get in a good position for a shot. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bobbie Jernigan was the one to do the kick off. Stéphane Boisclair showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Jean, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. The audience was convinced that Bobbie Jernigan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stéphane Boisclair was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. The Doyles players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
