Truman Dubeau was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Perceval Dean showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 29 minute of play. Jarred Crête received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Dong Cornell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lawrence Kenney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Rorketon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bend the free kick. A collision led to Rorketon getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garland Schwartz in the 43rd minute of play forced Bend's goalkeeper Dong Cornell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Garland Schwartz made a kick off. Bend's Dong Cornell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Bend from getting a goal against them. Garland Schwartz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Dong Cornell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Garland Schwartz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 60th minute. Rorketon's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Rorketon's Garland Schwartz got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 70 minutes, Lawrence Kenney managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bend's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lawrence Kenney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Rorketon's zone, Lawrence Kenney stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Truman Dubeau came out of the goal and Lawrence Kenney tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Bend's Dong Cornell got control of the ball when Garland Schwartz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Garland Schwartz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 78th minute. Rorketon's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 86 minutes into the match, Bend's goal looked a bit too open when Garland Schwartz came free, but Dong Cornell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Rorketon's goal looked a bit too open when Lawrence Kenney came free, but Truman Dubeau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
