Jame Willoughby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 6 minutes in the game, Nazaire Sprague dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Sal Means took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Paquet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Dunville FC's Bradley Gay got a free kick in the 10th minute. Jame Willoughby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Stephan L'Hiver tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcus Paquet was extremely unlucky when he, in the 18th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Abraham Bain might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sal Means. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abraham Bain ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcus Paquet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sal Means having to interfere. Abraham Bain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Sal Means made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bradley Gay during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Dunville FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Bradley Gay hit a great ball. Sal Means showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Bain in the 26th minute of the match. Sal Means took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Paquet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dunville FC's goalkeeper Sal Means, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Nazaire Sprague came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Dunville FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nazaire Sprague couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Gem defense, Nazaire Sprague kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stephan L'Hiver. The Gem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stephan L'Hiver should have stopped the shot. In the 45th match minute, Gem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tyson Proctor to maneuver through the defense.

Nazaire Sprague fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stephan L'Hiver having to interfere. Stephan L'Hiver made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jame Willoughby in the 55th minute. Jame Willoughby who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Stephan L'Hiver when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Gem getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Tyson Proctor hit a great ball. Jame Willoughby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the match, Gem's goalkeeper Stephan L'Hiver had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jame Willoughby. Jame Willoughby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeo Guillory kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Dunville FC's Jame Willoughby got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Gem booed when Dunville FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bradley Gay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Marcus Paquet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gem's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcus Paquet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sal Means breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Bain in the 76th minute of play forced Dunville FC's goalkeeper Sal Means to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 minutes of play, Gem's Marcus Paquet made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sal Means was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 82nd minute Nazaire Sprague shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stephan L'Hiver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Marcus Paquet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Hubbard kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Theo Frederick's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Stephan L'Hiver skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Dunville FC booed when Gem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tyson Proctor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dunville FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
