Spectators: 6733 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Francisco Whalen got the match started through his kick off. Corentin Medrano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cory Russ blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keenan Oneill having to make a save. In the 10thth minute of the game Francisco Whalen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barvas FC's Keenan Oneill was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rolland Blue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Terry Carmona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edmond Rancourt during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Barvas FC's Rolland Blue got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Keenan Oneill came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Causapscal's Cory Russ. But to his dismay, Cory Russ quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 20 played minutes, Barvas FC's Delbert Zimmerman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Terry Carmona came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barvas FC reached it. Cory Russ blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keenan Oneill having to make a save. In the 31st minute Francisco Whalen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keenan Oneill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Barvas FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Clément Rowland was slow to take the kick. During this time Causapscal's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Clément Rowland almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Barvas FC's Keenan Oneill did a great save. Francisco Whalen charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisco Whalen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th minute, Francisco Whalen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the game, Landon McCain was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barvas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Causapscal the free kick. Cory Russ recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Corentin Medrano to make the kick off. Eddie Akers's late challenge caught a Causapscal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eddie Akers helped the player get up and apologised. Eddie Akers kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Corentin Medrano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terry Carmona having to interfere. With a little luck, Causapscal's Terry Carmona got control of the ball when Corentin Medrano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th minute Cory Russ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keenan Oneill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Causapscal had won after a very even match.
