Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chase Wilkins started the match with the kick off. 10 minutes into the match, Causapscal's goal looked a bit too open when Scotty Veilleux came free, but Terry Carmona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bryson AFC's goalkeeper Chi Barnhart, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Bryson AFC's goalkeeper Chi Barnhart had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cory Russ. If Chase Wilkins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Bryson AFC's Chi Barnhart got control of the ball when Cory Russ tried to sneak it across the goal line. Francisco Whalen got in the 28th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Chi Barnhart handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After 30 played minutes Bryson AFC got a freekick which was hit by Emil Brian. Chi Barnhart made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Cory Russ sent off a good shot on target. In the 31st minute, Lyman Brochu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Causapscal booed when Bryson AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Hinson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute of the match Clément Rowland shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chi Barnhart showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cory Russ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chi Barnhart having to interfere. Edmond Rancourt's late challenge caught a Bryson AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmond Rancourt helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th match minute, Causapscal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmond Rancourt to maneuver through the defense. If Chase Wilkins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Scotty Veilleux in the 48th minute of play forced Causapscal's goalkeeper Terry Carmona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Whalen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Bryson AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cory Russ came free, but Chi Barnhart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bryson AFC's Sol Pelland got a free kick in the 54th minute. Fredrick Wilkerson kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Causapscal's Terry Carmona proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Causapscal from getting a goal against them. After 80 played minutes Causapscal got a freekick which was hit by Fredrick Wilkerson. Hipolito Masters was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 81st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Causapscal's zone, Lyman Brochu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Terry Carmona came out of the goal and Lyman Brochu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 97 minutes, Cory Russ managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Causapscal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cory Russ was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Bryson AFC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Causapscal from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
