Dorsey Wyatt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Reid Kilgore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lonny Cormier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13thth minute of the game Jim Duranseau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Onoway FC's Paris Kim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Reid Kilgore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorsey Wyatt in the 16th minute of the match. Ed Dozier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reid Kilgore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Jim Duranseau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Wimborne's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ed Dozier fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Paris Kim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Duranseau, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Dorsey Wyatt was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 35th minute. Onoway FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.
