He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aklavika FC reached it. Paris Kim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rocky Andrews in the 7th minute of the match. Paris Kim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rocky Andrews, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th match minute, Aklavika FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarvis Herron to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 18 minutes, Dorsey Wyatt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Onoway FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dorsey Wyatt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ed Dozier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Onoway FC's Dorsey Wyatt got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rocky Andrews in the 24th minute of play forced Onoway FC's goalkeeper Paris Kim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paris Kim made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Louis Arnold sent off a good shot on target. Rocky Andrews struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Paris Kim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aklavika FC. 31 minutes into the game, Arnold Staley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Onoway FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aklavika FC the free kick. Arnold Staley kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Aklavika FC's Rashad Rubio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorsey Wyatt in the 38th minute of play. Clint Faust hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dorsey Wyatt made a kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Onoway FC's Ed Dozier made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rashad Rubio was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Louis Arnold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Louis Arnold came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Aklavika FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Louis Arnold couldn't finish the play. Clint Faust's late challenge caught a Aklavika FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clint Faust helped the player get up and apologised. Clint Faust kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th match minute, Onoway FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnold Staley to maneuver through the defense. Arnold Staley struck a weak shot in the 85th minute.
