Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Levi Bernier to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Tthenaagoo's Oliver Pacheco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacques Winters narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Neal Altman struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Jacques Winters didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tthenaagoo. The Tthenaagoo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Jacques Winters made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toney Christopher in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tthenaagoo's Neal Altman got a free kick in the 85th minute. After having played for 95 minutes, Daron Mora managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tthenaagoo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daron Mora was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacques Winters took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toney Christopher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Tthenaagoo were the better team. Tthenaagoo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
